  2. How do you make sure you are getting the right nutrients in your diet? Are you concerned about getting enough protien?

    1. Thank you for being concerned about my wellbeing and health. You are truly compassionate for reaching out to me with your question. I am at the moment content with what I eat and love how my diet makes me feel. The reason why I am not fearful of any lack of nutrient is because I believe everything I need for my body is in fresh vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
